The streaks statistics provide both an overview and an analysis of the major sequences of results observed for each team.
Streaks let you uncover conditions such as "Liverpool has not lost at home during the past 94 days" or "The longest period without a goal scored away by Aston Villa was from October 3rd to October 29th, a period that included 2 away matches for Aston Villa".
The Streaks overview provides a quick summary of all streaks of interest for all teams (both current streaks and record streaks). For example, if you are looking at the Current streaks overview for Arsenal and the "Unbeaten" column indicates "8", it means that Arsenal has been unbeaten for 8 matches (and counting). The streak is not over yet, as Arsenal is still unbeaten.
However, when you select the Record streaks overview from the toolbar, the numbers will display the highest streak recorded during the season, whether the streak has ended or is still active.
In addition to viewing Current or Record streaks, you can specify whether you want to take into account only home matches or only away matches, for each type of streak.
