Importing teams

Importing teams lets you add one or more teams from any available league file into the current league file.

This feature is useful, for example, when you are creating a new league for a new season and want to import data from the previous season.

The Import Teams feature can also be useful when you are creating a league to track competitions like the Champions League, which includes teams from different national leagues. You can simply pick teams from different league files and import them one by one into your league.

Note
For each team that you import, the program imports all team data and all players into the current league.

To access the Import Teams screen:

·Select Tools > Import teams from the main screen.  
·Or, from the Configure League screen, click Import Teams.  
·Or, from the Teams screen, click Import Teams.  

From the Import Teams screen, you can use the following procedure to import teams into your league:

From the list in the top-left corner, select the league that contains the team(s) to import. The program displays the teams contained in the selected league.

Select the team to import from the list.

Click Import Team. The team is imported and listed among the available teams of the destination league (the destination league is the league you are working on).


You can select another team to import (and/or another league to import teams from) and proceed in the same way to import additional teams.

If you have imported a team by mistake, you can quickly remove it by selecting the team from the destination league and clicking Delete Team.
